I debated adding one more panel after "He's already sniffed out twenty kilos of cocaine, and it's only Tuesday!" The cop's response was: "What does his WIFE say?!" Chief: "Usually: 'Down, Rex!'" — But I wasn't sure that it was a solid enough punchline.
Mr. Nobody
The Chief's thousand-yard stare make it seem like he was hypnotized to think Jenkins survived his encounter with Mr. Hypno. Jenkins is probably at the bottom of Pennypack Creek, and Hypno's new glasses are so powerful he can hypnotize the entire Fairmount PD!
