I guess I'm going to buck the trend on this one. It seems to me, after running through this a few times now, that a good portion of this could have been in the intro track. This track seems to me to be explanation heavy on what lucid dreaming is and how one needs to be in REM sleep, rather than getting one into trance, then into REM, while providing triggers to help achieve a lucid dreaming state. I feel as if a good 40 - 50 minutes of this could have been placed in the intro track and either reduced the time for this LD track, or better yet, help set more triggers fir getting to REM and also for suggestions to improve an LD event.
