Just revisted this video after months of practice and had an HFO. Just amazing work you do! That voice and gaze send shivers right through me.

Have you tried the EMDR tracks first? Might be worth doing something along those lines first to work on the trauma/ whatever is linked to the pain/ depression/ anxiety. Then might be able to come back to this type and find much better results. Keep me posted!

A new member here, I have watched and listened to a fair bit of your content and had high hopes, but for some reason I don't seem able to focus / let go. Whether it's the random pain of my fibromyalgia, the fact my mind flips from one thing to another constantly or the medication I am on for depression / anxiety nothing works to keep my attention. I'm going to try audio only to see if that helps as I find myself trying to take in complete images and not just a single focus.

Focus, Concentrate, Fixate. Three rules to live by. Each time I listen to this exercise I slip more quickly into a Hypnotic, peace-filled Trance. Well worth listening to many times. Thank you.
