The skit this cartoon is based upon is known as a joke among those of us who own lifesize silicone rubber sex dolls (like the one seen in 'Lars and the Real Girl', those things are real and they're awesome). The crate the leg lamp was delivered in looks exactly like the crates the dolls come in, right down to the warning signs.
