(Text reads "Later..." A sign at the edge of a field says, "Fairmount City, City Limits.")
Miss Match: "Y'know... back in the day, this wouldn't have been an issue..."
Panel 2:
Miss Match continues talking to Dr. Muskiday, who looks unhappy.
Miss Match: "...I don't recall any legislation passed recently."
Panel 3:
Miss Match shrugs, unconcerned.
Miss Match: "After all, it's probably a trick..."
Panel 4:
Dr. Muskiday and Miss Match look on as a giant-sized creature, looking nervous, stands by a large sign just outside the city. The sign reads: "Must be THIS TALL to DESTROY the CITY."
Miss Match: "Just tell him I'll cover any tickets or fines."
Panel 5:
(Narration box reads "Meanwhile, back at the Fairmount branch of Evil Inc., a lone figure strolls down a hallway.")
Tempest, a short-haired woman in a short dress, walks down a hallway with multiple doors.
Panel 6:
Tempest passes a door, which has a nameplate displaying a symbol.
Voice from behind the door: "Psssst..."
Panel 7:
Tempest, turns to face the door.
Tempest: "Oh! It's you!"
Panel 8:
The hallway is empty as the door shuts with a quiet "click."

Her former boss perhaps? Doctor's Muskiday's ray took him to a place where he was immediately detained as a dimension hopper (In violation of statute 25.6(c) ) and sent him back. How did they know where he was from? His atoms retain that signature for a few weeks.
