Howdy! In the last post I’ve said that my next one will be an update, and here it is. (I didn’t think it would take so long to be fair)
Like I’ve said in my previous posts, we’ve decided that while we’re still working on the character art expansion required for the Farm, we will upload smaller and easier to produce updates that will contain random events. This is a first one of multiple “small updates” that we’ve been preparing. From now on, we will try to release multiple updates per month, each update will have 1 event and 1 new random NPC.
This particular update has suffered from my desire to partially animate the event. The result is good (in my humble opinion), but the time spent working on it is not worth it (116 pics per one event is an overkill). So, further random events will have no animation and nothing as complex, we’re going to focus on quantity over “excessive” quality in the future.
And here it is, 0.4.9.1:
This is one of the events written by LostRaven, but I feel obligated to mention that I’ve edited it (added more references to Kira’s state)
-116 new pictures;
-30 pages of script;
-Random npc ”Technopriestess” (dressed);
-Random npc ”Technopriestess” (nude);
-Random event “Priestess-pillory”;
-Repeatable version (male partner);
-Repeatable version (female partner);
-Initial BE remade a little;
-Initial "bust call" blink issue resolved;
-Minor grammar fixes;
-Intro event queue bug fixed.
Req: To make things easier and due to the lack of random events right now, it has 100% spawn chance and zero requirements (temporarily). Just interact with a new smaller pillory near the center of the “Vivarium” location.
Note: The repeatable version has a 50% chance for a male or female partner with minor text differences to spice things up. The event was written with every possible mental and physical alteration in mind (including stockings), both currently present and future ones (when Vivarium will be completed). So we won’t have to redo it.
On top of partially animating the event, I’ve also redrawn it. And redrawing events that weren’t even present in the game is a new level for me. Since we are kind of on a clock, I can’t afford to work on events for as long as I did, so I’ll try to manage my time and ideas better.
I couldn’t help myself and needlessly overcomplicated this particular event with alternative art and partial animation. I won’t do this again, because it took too much of my time and we need to work faster. So, one of the new rules I’m setting for myself and this project is - no animation. I’m dropping the one I was doing for the “Boobjob” event to release it quicker.
However, parts of this event will be reused in other places. Sex animation will definitely be used again, the “Pillory” will be used again closer to the end of the farm, and the new NPC will be used again at the church (Red Square). So, while this event ate a ton of my time, it might still be worth it due to its reusability.
In the upcoming weeks we will post more updates with random npcs and encounters necessary for Vivarium questline to work. Next repeatable random events we will work on are “Boobjob” and a “regular” sex.
Like I’ve said, we can’t progress the farm without an upgrade in Kira’s character art, which is not an easy thing to do. So, as a compromise, we’ve decided to do random events at the same time.
Once the boobjob event will be completed (without any animation this time) we will post another version and then we will continue posting updates every time we’ll add something new as often as we can (even if it’s just one event) up until the Character art will be finalized for good (we don’t want to change it ever again).

yeah you should definitely take your time with the next update and just do a gigantic one with pure updates on the old stuff and a special surprise of the farm stuff lol you should definitely read the hentai Witch down strike for the farm stuff too

Thank you:) We will gradually update older events to include all possible versions of Kira (including in text). I already drew them “layered”, but we want to redo them once and for all, so, before updating them - we need to finalize Kira’s character art, which is what we’re doing right now, while working on Vivarium.

Thank you, in a way that is what we’ll do. And I guess we can make “Shrodinger’s candidate” optional, but “Imperator” part can’t be avoidable (she’s a part of the main plot), we will let you just burn the place down later on tho. Alternatively, you will be able to completely ignore Vivarium (even though it’s the part of the main quest) and still finish the game.

There will be more, right now we’re mixing what the game needs - backend systems (pregnancy and etc.) with new content (events and quests). The work will go much easier once we’ll have our developer “tool-set” complete.

The key thing I dislike and this is pretty much the sole issue I have is the lack of updated scenes based on choice. For example, you just wait days after days and go straight to bimbo. The scenes don't update and show the same body size/hair color as previous or default. It would be nice to see them updated however I entirely understand that is additional renders however it could be worth it?? Unsure, as of this now I just wish vivarium was finished as far as all the hucow, and election missions and all that. I feel as things are now that is literally half the game. I also believe that no one should be worried about size, the game could be 80GB I still would download it. A 1TB SSD is about $50. This is not 2001 guys so for anyone to cry about the size of the game should go play a game boy which by the way costs more.. Now back to content, just add more, hire some staff or get people who just wanna help or something or just focus on renders. Whatever you need to do in order to add content go for it. Everyone else can fuck off it's your vision, not the public and that includes me I just wanted to give my 2 cents and respond to something I read in the process. Again, don't worry about size, people will download it anyway, ignore anyone crying about it.. Also, Updated scenes would be nice but id rather see a finished game first like vivarium completion for example to add more stuff to do. 3rd playthrough, kinda bored of seeing the same gray hair haha.. Anyway good job so far I appreciate you guys and anything I can do to help aside from paying, I'm already doing that.. let me know! Cheers.
i definitely think focusing on the layered art is the best option for development. building up them customisation options is key to giving players the maximum experience. if the customisation can support up to 6 variables in each category, hips/boobs/lips 2 waists 6 hair colours and 10 hairstyles and some lip colours, this leaves a strong platform for future development specially restructuring the game and reusing the art. the game is at 1.6g now which isn't much however free downloaders limit users so at a certain point you will have to look at your content before you make the choice to start heading towards 2-3 gigs. a lot of the early game content takes a considerable time to play through but isn't very eventful and is full of dead end variable content that wasn't added such as the strip club the porn studio. the attacker in the tunnel one of the careers and a whole area in the city players cannot access. if you nail down the layered art u can give yourself the option reinvent the story in the early game. id like to see the vivarium be optional content that players can choose not to go to which the development of other areas. as it stands now the 3 main routes (early game) are bimbo/slut/slut resisting. id like see Chief Officer’s hypnosis outcome be solely decided on whether or not your intel is positive or negative by the time you each him. and fill the early game content with events and random npc traps trying to make you stupid. also unlock the pink hair and bimbo options for everyone regardless of choice. still waiting on the stipclub and bimbo harem content :P good luck and thanks for the update

you can move i dont now if it lags or you are just hold in place for a sec and i can understand that many tinks in this game are not finsicht but the main quest in one stopp right now and if this events have aniting to do wich its cler why thay are still not down but im on your side finisch the gym and bordel its the förts place i go to in ather games XD

at the vivarium you grab the knife you cant move and so you stab 4 out of the 6 one in each direction and you are stuck cause you cant move over the body's

You don’t have to start a new game, but you do need to manually transfer your saves. Copy the folder “save” located in “Defenestration\www\” from the previous version to this one and you’re good to go.

To trigger the random event just interract with the pillory. Does it mean talk to the technopriest or is there something else I am missing?
