Legend of Dragoon is one of the few playstation one titles I would love to see remade. That and Legend of Legaia.

There were also quite a few dragons in that game and some unique monsters wouldn't hurt to see maybe one or two of those

Lloyd, Albert, Miranda, Zieg, Shirley(spirit form would be cool), Melbu Frahma(BBEG) just to name a few major players in game lol.

There are a ton. Untransformed versions of all the Dragoons would be awesome. Major enemies like Lloyd, Emperor Doel, and Melbu Frahma. Finishing up the playable characters with Albert and Mirands. Generic enemies like Sandorian Soldiers. If you were willing to go really big, Dragons and Virages. Lloyd (Regular form or Divine Dragoon form) would be my pick for the next character, though, followed by untransformed versions of the main cast and maybe a Divine Dragoon version of Dart.
