I'm always torn on which lighting to use before recording! Yesterday I actually ended up recording part of the video in all warm tones, and then decided to just delete it cause I wanted to change it to a mix of blue and red.
Most of my videos, however, I either go for warm tones (reds, oranges, yellows) or to a mix of Purple, Pink and Blue and I like to change so my videos don't all have the same feel.
Which lighting do you usually prefer?

either works perfectly fine. I voted blue tones on this one though. I am always messing with different filters myself 👍

Oh thank you!! You're absolutely right :) I do feel the purple tones are calmer and more sleep inducing

I really like the purple/blue tone lighting, especially if watching at night to help me sleep 😁

The warm tones compliment your skin tone but, imo, the purple, cooler colors seem more calming. To me that is. I'm here for the content!

Yess, I usually go for warmer tones for calmer videos for example Anxiety Relief where I want to deliver a cosy environment. And I like the blue tones for more sleep inducing videos :)

I think lighting depends on the type of video…warmer tones for slower, calmer videos and brighter ones for more high-paced, upbeat videos.
