🕑 Added 2024-04-16 16:17:10 +0000 UTCHellooo! β¨ As I'm back to Portugal I'm already thinking of new video ideas and I was thinking of making a sleep help hotline video, where I'm answering calls of people struggling to sleep and we'd offer a wide range of triggers and sounds or even guided meditations to help the person drift off!
Thought it would be fun to include you guys in the video in case you'd like to "submit" your calls π I'm leaving a link where you can write a small text of your reason to call (can be as wild and creative as you'd like) and which triggers you'd like to listen to help you out (can be simple ASMR triggers, layered, white noises, nature sounds, etc.)
Submissions are anonymous (unless you want to sign your name in the text) and you can submit as many calls as you'd like, I'll make a selection of the best ones to answer π
