You monster... I looked up the lore on 40K because of this illustration and chat. Now I know too much. Not going to go out of my way to buy thousands of dollars in plastic and airbrush guns, thankfully.

I think the big reason necrons are boring lore wise and look all the same is because they made the models first then the lore, now a days they usually make the lore then the models so they end up with things like elves riding sharks and a nymph riding a giant war beetle. Also necrons were like chaos android or something in Rouge Trader until they gave them a codex later on so that probably explains why they are so similar.

Gwaha, I loved once the PvP rant kicked in (complete with goofy voices.) "Godwin's Law" is the Hitler thing, ain't it? Design looks very cool! I like the variety of limbs.
