Love the black background I find it calming and not a distraction ,can't wait for the new triggers esp the fibre optics they sound cool

Really looking forward to seeing the new triggers, I prefer plain backgrounds but also depends what the content of the video is whether black would work all the time. Also the neon sign might be a bit distracting in videos where you're using other light triggers? Hope your friend's divorce hasn't put you off when you find the right person. Not all marriages end badly. You have to believe in love right! Glad you get some more time with your friend though. On a practical note you can get air freshners that go inside your hoover that help with the dog smell when you're using it, because that smell is the worst!

It's just enough light to keep it mellow, but not too bright to be distracting. Maybe individual bulbs hanging at different heights.

The Edison bulbs especially in an amber color would be a nice contrast to the black background.

Sorry to hear about your friend 🙁; hopefully they get back up on their feet soon. Although I'm glad you had a productive day. I find that a clean space creates a more "productive" atmosphere and stuff gets done quicker. I'm super excited for the new triggers you ordered and how you'll use them in your future asmr videos! As for the black background and possible neon sign, I just thought of something, but I don't know how you would create an asmr video out of it.

Quite the productive day there, Bailey! A nice "reset" in a freshened up space and getting things done feels good, accomplished. Glad you can make espresso again ☕!! The black background always translates, for me, time to wind down and get ready for sleep. I like it. Oh and...shoji screen, what you were describing to put in the background. But the vintage letter lights could look cool. Maybe some warm Edison bulb lights could be a vibe. Despite what your friend is going through, it is nice to have time to hang. It's always important, no matter the situation, to keep those ties.

I really liked the background in your recent videos, but I do think that you blended in more, where as the black background has a much higher contrast, and I think it comes off a little more calming. I also agree 1000% with the neon sign, I was gonna suggest it and then you started talking about it 😂.

There's something about those deep cleans that feel amazing! Can't wait to experience the new triggers! I think the neon sign would be great for some videos, but maybe not all. It would add a nice touch though! Also glad you have your friend back in a way, but sadly? Not sadly? At the expense of a divorce.
