Such a nice video! I enjoy triggers more when they're done casually like this, like brushing the headphone cleaner bottle while talking about the tailor stuff π« Spring here has been pretty bad this year (literally felt like October on many days) but this week has been super nice and sunny π₯° Try to keep the back/glute training going once the pain goes away, that's what I struggle with the most with my shoulder...

This video was super cozy. I will always say the little rambles on here are like chatting with a friend. It's been rainly here too, but I live some chilly, rainy weather. Only downside is leaving work in the am and it being so foggy I can't see 5 feet infront of the car. Can't wait to see the tailored suit and the expanse of Dr videos to follow. Also can't wait to see the vampire boy video. I'm sure he's gonna still ask for notes while draining blood π Glad your backs feeling a little better. Hope it continues so you dont have pain!
