Very relatable on the social battery thing, too many people & overstimulation is just draining especially as an introvert & takes time to recover from. Cannot contain the excitement for the music video, can confirm it’s gonna be elite😉🎉 Have the best week, hopefully you’ve been able to recharge & take a breather💕

No need for apologies on being tired, I’m watching this at work doing the bare minimum because I’m so exhausted my whole body hurts 😮💨 Video idea: this is real specific to me but I am dying for a migraine relief ASMR video. ASMR is one of the few ways to get a few minutes of relief for me on a migraine day and I’d love a migraine specific video from you!

Sounds like you had quite the weekend, but definitely need a recharge. Getting out for a run in the fresh air should do you good...and maybe get you away from the jackhammer ASMR, for a moment, lol. Idea for the YT video, maybe a GRWM. Incorporate fabric sounds, body tapping, sounds of hair styling, beard sounds, cologne spritzing. Thanks for catching up with us! 😊

Glad you had a fun weekend! Now it's time to just chill for the most part and get that battery recharged. Idea for a video? Thought of this after my measuring cup/spoon suggestion, but along with the measuring your focus, etc you're measuring out actual ingredients so there is an end result of something. 1 cup of focus is really flour, a 1/2 cup of intention is sugar, deep breaths for stirring, etc. Maybe have the end result be like cookies for two or a small batch of something. I think it would be a good way to combine the cooking with some focus ASMR. Maybe I'm just being crazy lol I hope you have fun on your run even if you have no music.

I think everybody's feeling the same today were all done in,,I'm knackard after a 6hr shift on 2hours sleep ,also was boozing and overeating on sat with my sis stopped after 3 though cos I'm now a lightweight actually bought a huge iron bru bottle just incase i had a hangover ,,as for vids I luv the light triggers cool to see toctopus whispering and that plucking vid I watched last night , steller ,I'm easy pleased
