Epic.

I think for the most part Clark is trying to have fun with what he’s been given. He can’t just sit around and become an Ivy. It’s just not in his nature. I do see him getting sent to his old classroom for time out and trying this crap on his replacement and it may or may not end well lol I can’t wait for the next chapter in this very interesting tale of cat and mouse.

The Slavin

I wonder if he's thinking of consequences if things go sour. He's had a bit of luck but I feel it won't last and Clark doesn't realize he isn't going to make a difference

Clark is really protecting any future hopeful Little teachers. As much work as he's making himself no one would dream of ever hiring another even with union pressure. "Listen we can NOT have a teacher who is a Little after the last time. If we find an excuse to fire you we might have to enroll you for not being able to hold onto a job so listen [prospective teacher]. I need you to come in tomorrow and tell me you found a new job and are putting in your notice. You very maturely are focused on your career and just need to find somewhere else to be."

I agree with some of the others about the two therapists being taken advantage of and how it won’t last. I am curious if it gets mentioned or if they break up the A.L.L. And really see if this just Clark or the others. However I do believe they know Clark is the instigator but even they were unaware of how clever Clark is. Janets reaction to all of this will be interesting once it makes it back to her…if it makes it back to her, but I think the therapists might put Ivy with Clark as they believe she will behave. I love this story so much and look forward to the notification in my email on Saturday that there is an update!!

That was a definite demonstration on how Clark stayed free for so long. So far he's isolated both of the therapists in a way that I don't see them talking about those sessions. He's going to get the wrong person at some point though and end up in that time out room. I'm just curious how his former students deal with that, given I'm pretty sure they all hate their new teacher there could be an interesting dynamic of them helping him... As always fantastic writing, looking forward to more!

The Decent indeed... but the decent to where?

Definitely a fun chapter. I loved it.

I agree and wonder how long they take before they decide that Clark is the problem element and either separate him for special treatment and therapy, or stage some sort of intervention. on the topic of Beouf, i think she's drunk enough of the kool-aid that, as Clark pointed out in another chapter, any misbehavior is just proof of maturosis.

This calls to question even more the teaching abilities of Clark's former colleagues. It should be evident to even the most strident believer in so-called Maturosis that the way these "babies" work together is at a very adult level. In fact, any teacher worth his or her credentials couldn't help seeing that these Littles are not what they are purported to be. And I don't know about Jasmine here, but Boeuf—no matter what she has been conditioned to believe about Littles—would have to notice it. She could *choose* to ignore it, or course (and she seems to be doing so) but it at least *ought* to call into question...well, pretty much everything. That being said, Jay is totally correct in wondering how much longer the Bigs will allow this to go on. I also want to say how interesting it is to see all of this from the POV of someone *in* Boeuf's class. Before, from the outside, it was unclear just how complicit she was in all of this, but by adding Clark to the mix and clearly showing that many of the others in the group (I hesitate to call it a "class") are also completely functional, we see Amazon insanity with even greater resolution.

I know, just waiting to see how long till the Amazons find out he find out all the games and activities "true attentions" and teaches the others how to find it out and call it out and avoid it. Could it be good or could he be dooming them to another school/nursery

I see Clark and the league are working well together and curious how long this is going to last before someone notices and try to break it up. Also curious what Janet will think when she finds out.

Oh but about the chapter itself, what good fun. Clark is really proving he's an excellent teacher, though he's the one still doing all the heavy lifting for now. All this stuff is as much teaching as it is "spot the real game". It's excellent ^^ Clark the God of Chaos

Funny story, this came so early in the morning I had a Clark moment of reacting one way but changing my tune when I saw what it was :P
