I'm stuck on what to name this one - vol.1 was "At First Flight" which I thought was a cute pun, but I'm struggling on not doing something super cliche for this one! Main points in this book are: meeting Cyras and him getting involved in Scra's life, the storm flying class where ree falls, ree being offered a deal by reamer to kill ky, ky getting caught by cyras and apologizing to scra, and the three getting closer as friends.

yes some are ridiculous lol I'm usually better at naming things but I've set a strange punny president for some reason and I'm at a LOSS haha, Would love y'alls opinions on any of these?

I'm thinking something about "Secondaries". Like the feathers. (Typing first things that come to mind; almost definitely trash) Clipped Secondaries. Secondary Flight Feathers. Secondary Fledge. Secondary Opinions. Secondary Chances. Secondary Risks. EDIT, SINCE I CAN'T DO PARAGRAPHS- Or Dark Wings, Long Shadows. I like that one because shadows are starting to be cast by all the murky shenanigans.
