I've done Frankenstein styled girls before, usually extremely busty on the basis of the whole body modification thing. This time, I thought "what if there was one that modified their body for maximum fertility?" while also going for the obvious "bursting at the seams" visual pun. The hair might need a little work but other than that I think it's shaping up nicely.

No, Francis was supposed to be set in the past, whereas this would be more of a modern Frankenstein girl.
