I can't tell if it's the same girl from the two pics that's of the two women in the hospital, one really hyper and the other normal huge, but that'd be something to combine into with this sketch.

Always love a good hospital hpreg setting and some anti grav harness goodness. Also is the girl in the middle the same from the Mass Transit piece? Looks quite similar to her.

An idea: the woman with the anti-grav harness can be frustratedly trying to repair one of the nodes, muttering that testing both her fertility drugs and her anti-grav technology at once was overdoing it.
