I thought it could be that, but 4 is usually used as either a stand in for A or H. The way it's drawn looked like an M with a slash through it but I was like "Nah, can't be that"

You might be right about the first two stickers, and it's possible that the stickers after the twins represent a set of quints, but the girls in that section look smaller than the boys to me. But if you zoom in on the image, of the seven baby stickers, the three boys are significantly larger than the four girls, so I really think that's actually two broods.

We're probably overthinking this now haha, but anyway the first two stickers are usually reserved for the mom and dad. After that she had twins, and by the way the stickers are sized, she next had quints, then finally septuplets. At least that's my personal guess, her getting increasingly larger number of babies each time.

Really? When I look at the stickers, I see two sets of boy/girl twins, triplet boys, twin daughters, triplet boys and quadruplet daughters, for a total of 16 kids in 6 pregnancies. Not counting whatever's growing in that impressive bump she's currently sporting.

I cannot figure out what 440M is supposed to mean. I assume BI6 is "big" but I'm lost. Also, the van looks like a super sized scion and I'm all for this. Gimme the new vw bus or this and I'll happily own a van.
