After next week's D/L adventure, the writers will be composing a 4-5 piece adventure series using Dungeons & Lairs. These adventures will be able to stand alone as usual, but you'll also be able to combine them into one large adventure.

I like 1, 4 and 5. Just finished the new malazan book...the Teblor (essentially half giants) are in a southward migration...Planar nexus has so many possibilities..
I just read a book that sounds similar to BOTH bottom answers: The book and an evil psychic were at the heart of a man-eating plant maze in a dark, twisted forest. Hero had to get through the forest and maze to save his lady and stop the evil psychic! I chose the bottom because books and spirits are so easy to build around. All of your other answers could be tied into it.
