Vague and ill-formed though this is, could you include some kind of CENTURION as a nod to the #100? "The long dormant centurion of an infernal legion is stirring, amassing strength, rebuilding his forces, preparing to...." -- something like that?

Inside the volcano - several leagues under and in the flowing magma with elemental warlords fighting over nexus portals to the plane of fire. Could also be a red dragon lair, but a magma swimming red dragon. Time might be limited before you melt.
