Would you consider making a short general relaxation meditation? Like 10-15 mins? I've been looking for a good one for days when I don't have much time or don't want to do a shifting method. And also for Reya's 2 month meditation challenge :)

Hi Lily, thank you so so much love <3 For the youtube content, heres wat's going to be deleted: -long versions of meditations -all subliminals I do plan to upload everything on the patreon eventually, on top of the 2 exclusive subliminals per month. So, patreons will have access to the deleted youtube content, in audio format, and of course downloadable. All future meditations will be uploaded here in early access and with the long version too. For the deleted content, it will make it's way on here as soon as I am able, my schedule eing VERY chaotic at the moment, I need to find time to take care of those: but it'll come, I promise <3 Thank you for asking <3
