Great point. I suspect a few of Uncle Jacks patients are upper tier oligarchs (obvious most are just regular folk) and at most they might try to kick him off the internet. He is a world class neurosugeon with polymath traits. The elite seem to be quite reluctant to off those.

If trying to lose weight how often and how long should we cold plunge?

I've heard of Deep State operatives ensconced at the Antarctic region. Please be wary and safe. We want you back...

I've wondered if it would be feasible to create a system with a cheap chest freezer. An internal container would hold the water and feature a grid a few inches from the surface that allows the top of the ice block to be easily broken off of the bulk of ice below. The deuterium enriched lower portion would be discarded into a trough sized pan (perhaps even used while melting to offset air conditioner costs in the summer) and drained to well below the property such that you aren't slowly enriching the water table. The slightly depleted top portion of the block would be drinking water. Of course it's not a huge reduction but ddw is so expensive while a 5 cubic foot chest freezer uses less than a kw/hr a day. I blocked clearcom because while presumably well intentioned he just parrots back whatever is said in a given blog and then proceeds to tell everyone they're fucked and nothing will work for anything. At what point in doomer messaging is someone unintentionally shilling for our adversaries? We already have billionaire supervillains, I don't need clearcom stacking on blackpills when we're all here to learn and heal.

Thank you for the information.

Go get it tested.. I’m in QLD and my spring water is 155ppm

Callie Marie

Thanks cL34rC0mm. I was hoping for just a small reduction in deuterium, realising it would be minimal. I have DDW and for me it's a daily thing as I am recovering from cancer.

cL34rC0mm

Callie Marie - You have the book DEUTERIUM DEPLETION? Then see page 32 for the precipitation diagram. The content of deuterium in water is HIGHER at the equator, where deuterium is NOT a problem for you if you are outdoors in the strong stable sunlight constantly which will naturally deplete the deuterium in your blood. Whereas, the deuterium content of water is LESS and LESS the closer you get to the north or south poles. Dr. Jack wrote about the differences in the water and sunlight as he gets closer to Antarctica from South America. Be aware that WHERE deuterium is HIGHEST you see the greatest amount of growth. So, in young children we see much more deuterium versus someone who is 40, 50, or 80 years of age which have much less deuterium and SHOULD have much LESS DEUTERIUM in their blood/body.

cL34rC0mm

Callie Marie = Nice try but you cannot deplete enough deuterium by melting ice to make it drinking t worthwhile. You're better off buying the deuterium depleted water (DDW) available for purchase. You can see Amazon for deals. If you but DDW I recommend to aim for 5-25ppm (parts per million) of deuterium. Be aware that buying DDW can be very expensive but the DDW you buy can be mixed with spring water to lower the overall deuterium content in volume. (Again, see the DrinkLitewater. com website for details like this) Which is WHY I buy the most deuterium depleted at 5 to 25 ppm. You get the best benefits. You ONLY need to drink DDW at three times a year for a week. Unless, you are fighting a mitochondrial disease or cancer. Then it's a daily thing.

Callie Marie

Interesting! I live in Deloraine and our precipitation comes from the Tasmanian highlands where the lakes freeze over in winter. Perhaps I should gather ice, melt and filter it in winter? I am reading the newer 2022 Gabor Somlyai book and it's very interesting and information rich.

cL34rC0mm

Tassiegirl = For you information, deuterium comes from precipitation of rainwater near the coast. So, the land facing any incoming storms off the ocean dumps the most deuterium on the land. Whereas, the LOWEST amount of deuterium is in the melt of ice. Or deuterium depleted water from a facility specifically depleting water of deuterium (example: DrinkLiteWater.com see their website for details). Also read more about deuterium in the books by Gabor Somlyai (1) "newer 2022" DEUTERIUM DEPLETION - A New Way in Curing Cancer and Preserving Health (2) older 2001/2002- DEFEATING CANCER - The Biological Effect of Deuterium Depletion

Tassiegirl

Makes me curious as well. Im on the East Coast and completely off grid, so im wondering if rainwater is the same lower deuterium.

Callie Marie

I do too! I found this article very interesting. I would like to know what the deuterium content of our water is...we know it is lower than Mainland water.

Maurcio = Most humans are negatively affected by non-native EMFs ANYWHERE on planet earth. The Chilean people you say you saw also do not often practice cold thermogenesis to offset. T Many of those humans living at the most southern end of Chile are most often of mixed coupled & uncoupled haplotypes. It is much worse for those of tightly coupled haplotypes who do not generate heat who are originally from closer to the equator.

cL34rC0mm

John Q = True statement and truer result.

Tassiegirl

Very interesting as i live in Tasmania australia at 41 degrees south

AKJohn

Jack says uncoupled people's Mitochondria create heat. Coupled do not. So it would have to be a yes to your question. I am an uncoupled blue eye. CT seems quite easy for me, and I never did it till I was 66 years old. My skin is now darker than my wife and kids, and they are coupled darker skin people than me. My wife is from Taiwan.

Ednan

Little bit further south Tierra del Fuego was home to some of the earths hardiest people. It’s pretty interesting to read Darwin’s logs about the people they encounter there. Slept on ground and mostly walking butt naked. New born babies suckling mother’s breast with a show cover on their naked body. Most of the time living in horrible weather conditions and under starvation.

John Q

Is it accurate to say that increased heteroplasmy, leads to dysfunctional mtDNA, leads to decoupled/leaky electron transport chain, leads to decreased energy production, leads to less UV/Biophoton production by mitochondria, leads to a quantum disorganized state, leads to an increase in entropy > Illness > Death?

Mauricio Lluch

We were just down there in Puerto Montt and Puerto Natales and noticed that Chilean people are overweight. So, if people who are tightly coupled do terribly at high southern latitudes, does that mean that loosely-coupled haplotypes do better?
