Oh and the shark and orca are there, but I think they're serving a spiritual/observer role in the story. Not sure what they're going to do yet.

I know. Why you think revenge stories don't end well? At this point her life was ruined by Toro's dad, her brother is gone as a result, and even though she found a companion to help her with the pain, it wasn't enough. At this point she doesn't care about her own safety or anyone else's. As long as she can kill Toro, any and all sacrifices are acceptable.

i know it could be a bit of karma but..not like this. She's consumed now and threw her life away. wasnt the whale and shatk nearby

Well this could make into a very interesting, possible near death experience for him, should he survive. Though I do agree that this could be a form of karma catching up to him for some of his deeds, but it feels different because as the audience we know he's not completely responsible for what the puma went through. But still.

It honestly feels less like accountability and more like misplaced vengeance. Sad she doesn't know that her kidnapper was punished by her brother and rescuer was the one who took his life.
