thank you i will work on it more. never be afraid to give me criticism becasue that helps me improve

Hatton Slayden

i never realized how common it is

The coloring looks very good tho I find seeing every naga hooded like this rather repetitious and very bland.

Then feel free to play with this https://www.exploratorium.edu/snacks/colored-shadows 😉👍 As i said it feels weird only because you normally use very real and usually also muted colors. Going on an LSD rampage is kinda weird coming from your art. But if you use normal physics there should be no jarring effect. 🤔

Hatton Slayden

fascinating. i feel inspired to push this further now by putting a orange color for the lighting so that it contrasts better with her blue shadows. then when everything is rendered out, try a slight de-saturation layer to see how that works

Uhm.. blue and green sort of mix rather well... They just seem weird to be using blue as a shadow without a colored light. 🤔 Like that pink shadow on the bunny or that pink sky on the bear. It's not that they were not nice. It's that your style feels "too real" for such weird colora in places you would not expext them without a colored light. But... I mean... They do not look bad at all, they are just very unexpexted.

;P

Hatton Slayden

;) thank you

does is not mesh well? i have two screens. one is a "true color" that i do all my work on and the second is a cheap screen i use for reference and youtube vids to listen to. on the cheap screen the blue is jarring and on my expensive screen the blue blends in better (aka why i kept using it) so how does it blend for you?

Werewolf2000ad

Looks good to me already. Classy four-armed snek lady - What's not to like?

Simone Spinozzi

uhm... blue and green. Nice.

She looks like a queen or a high priestess in her bedchamber.
