The Manga is finished now. There's 1 more seasons worth of story to cover I'd guess. This season was pretty great. But reading the Manga through the material for this season was soooo slow. To me at least, the cross-dress cosplay and then the nun/Akira arc both felt like they dragged on for too long with relatively little progress on the marin/gojo front. Pacing felt a lot better in the anime overall though, and i enjoyed the season a lot more than i thought i was going to after how i felt for the manga... Even if it still kinda sucks to end the season on marin chickening out on her confession after psyching herself up most of the season.

I’m honestly glad that Marin didn’t go through with the confession, Gojo’s character isn’t even aware of his romantic feelings for her. I think it’ll be better to see him start to think of her in ‘that way’ first.

Most manga it just depends on the author sometimes I see monthly manga where the chapter is like 11 pages and sometimes it’s 40 and I’ve seen weekly manga that’s 15 pages and some that are in the 30s so I don’t think there’s really a standard

The manga actually recently abruptly came to a close, with the remaining chapters being roughly enough for a third 12-episode season. There have been some speculations that the Mangaka might have finished it quickly due to major health concerns on her part, although it's basically all hearsay and speculation at this point in time.

This was a disappointing last episode for season 2. She went from I'm going to tell him I love him too let's take a selfie together. So I guess we'll season 3 comes around it's going to be the last episode of hopefully she says I like him. Slow Burn is getting on my damn nerve
