That said, I need to bring up an issue thatโs been causing a lot of frustration. Once again, there were many errors with the patron lists. Several supporters didnโt show up at all, and some who I could identify were placed in the wrong tier (again! ๐ค)
From what Iโve noticed, Patreon is really struggling to handle pledge upgrades and downgrades properlyโit always ends up a mess. So, if you ever change your tier during the month, please let me know! That way, I can keep an eye on it and make sure you receive the correct rewards ๐
To avoid issues, I highly recommend staying in the correct pledge tier from the start of the month until rewards are delivered. I know this isnโt always possible, but if you can, it will help prevent mistakes and delays caused by Patreonโs system ๐ฅบ
If you got the wrong level of rewards (or no rewards at all), please message me, and Iโll fix it! And I kindly ask for your patience ๐ญ Patreon is making my life more difficult these days, and it seems Iโm the one who has to adapt ๐ซ

I don't know if this will help things or worsens them, but some creators on Patreon are sending links to empty folders (for Dropbox or Mega) at the begining of the month, and make an announcement (or sent another DM) when the folders have the rewards (could be at the end of the month or sometime next month), so people who are at an specific tier get the link and can downgrade their tier anytime they want, and just check the off-site folder when the announcement is made. Don't know if this would be more work for you or help you, since (after the begining of the month) everytime someone pledges you'll have to send the link to the empty folders, and not do so in bulk like now.

That's why I sent you a screenshot of proof because I did pledge starting at one and then changed it to 15 around mid November. You're the only one I pay for subs on here. Plus I'd rather show you proof since I believe in being honest. But as I stated I'm making sure to stay on level 15 at least so this doesn't happen again. Which is started doing December.

I didn't get the November level 15 rewards. I know I sent you a proof of purchase receipt and lately at December I've been making sure to keep it on the same pledge so it doesn't happen again.
