No, the heavens are a plane or a domain or a realm inhabited by immortals and gods. The universe is just, you know, everything.

Wes Brown

Snuck some feels in there towards the end huh? Are the heavens and the universe the same thing? Seems like the first time in a while Sen has

Jason Hardman

Just because it's such a pivotal sentence, and it feels bad to end on a fluffed line like that. "Your life is own again." -> "Your life is your own again." There's also a word swap earlier in the chapter, but I didn't note it down.

CentaureHeart

If Wu Gang starts becoming an awful person starting now it's going to torture Sen

Keven Leigh

I imagine that having not only mortals but cultivators fighting together when the beast tide storyline in the background comes about will have some impact that makes it all worth it

Eric Dontigney

The thing that Sen has been trying to do, more than anything else, all the way back to volume one, is hang on to his humanity. Having doubts, having regrets, being impulsive, and being uncertain are some the most human things there are.

Thunderhoof

Why, did Sen even build an Academy in the first place. He's not even keen on training those mortals to become Inperial Soldiers or something. Seems like he's been regretting every decisions he'd done so far. Like making the academy, accepting those cultivator as students, bringing Mingxia to the capital, the latest would be what he'll do with the assassin I guess. It's getting harder and harder to find the purpose of his actions. Maybe at this point he should stop doing impulsive things? He seek guidance from the older Cultivators but he didn't even listen to what they said. I mean, if the people on that village have passable mastery with the spear isn't it enough to stop training them? Close the Academy? He just want for the people there to defend themselves right?

Rallaster

Holy crap. I can see how this was a difficult chappy to get just right on paper. But it was done very well. Bravo!

Abdulaziz ALRumaih
