Yeah, Ragnar definitely ruptured a kidney during that fall. I've seen that injury a couple of times in the ER. That would explain him having a trouble urinating, and having hematuria (meaning blood in urine) Also would explain the dizziness, blurred vision, fever & sweating, nausea, and abdominal pain. If Ragnar had a minor rupture he could survive with bedrest, but that is a severe one, for sure. He wouldn't survive without surgery.
