Kinda detailed but...post-fall hannigram, Hannibal got shot in the liver-ish area?, so my headcanon is they manage to swim away and find an animal hospital. Hannibal's drugged to his eyeballs for some self-surgery, Will helping out. Will's in full murder husband mode by this point and decides to eat the piece of bad liver/kidney they take out of Hannibal that the bullet chewed up. Cue Hannibal on operating table, blissed out w/ drugs and love, blood everywhere, boner somehow? hehh hehh, and Will's face bloody from consuming Hannibal. The end. TLDR; Hannibal on operating table, Will eating a piece of his liver he's salvaged after operating on him. Hannibal is smitten.<3<3<3
