NSFW is always great, but not necessary.I never read/watched that one, but this did remind me of my favorite problematic tragic canon anime couple, Iason and Riki from Ai no Kusabi :(( I bought a bootleg disc of this anime on ebay to watch before internet downloads were a thing at my house and it's still probably the best animated yaoi and also the best anime yaoi sex scenes I've ever seen? The part where Riki plays with Iason's hair was one of the scenes that made me want to be an animator and study animation for three years before realizing that there was no 2d industry anymore by the time I graduated and pivoting into video games and then comics.

Oh my God, yes. Riki playing with Iason's hair. I so loved that detail because it was just this one little gesture that (to me) showed that, yeah, despite Riki's extremely conflicted feelings about the whole situation, he did have moments where he felt a genuine tenderness towards Iason, and Iason towards him.

I love this anime. It was my first yaoi, and I cried so hard at the end. It was such a beautiful and heart wrenchingโ story. I agree that it had the best drawn and scripted sex scene in all of yaoi anime. I always loved the end where Iason cums and throws his head back hair arcing. Fuck... So beautiful

Well, this takes me back! So many tears and pain ๐..I remember when there was a project for a twelve-episode OVA adaptation in 2012 but then only 4 episodes were released before the series was cancelled and I was heartbroken all over again.
