Because it's a lithuanian name meaning "luck" (if I can trust wiki and a multitude of baby names sites, because otherwise it just might be "lime") which Mischa totally named her when she rescued her and gave her to Hannibal :)))))))))))))))))

IM GONNA DIE LAIMAS EYES AND THE SLOW SQUEAK OF THE TOY AND WILL BEING EXCITED SHES LEARNING TO PLAY GOOD BABY!!!! Also fun note, mini Italian greyhounds can act more like cats than actual dogs sometimes. This guy my parents met at a dog park had one that would run a lap around the park and then jump straight into his chest to be held. Whippets and greyhounds are so weird and goofy! They wanna be held and cuddled but then fucking lose it and bolt to go play like they’ve lost their minds. A dog at my daycare does that all the time, Cappy. He sits next to you and whines to be in your lap even if there’s already dogs there and will PUSH THEM OUT and then jump down and run to play with Mojo or Yoda. I have a million more stories and vids and pics so I can go on forever.
