I like how you've used Hannibal's expressions as a subtle clue to how different this version Hannibal really is. It also makes him seem a tad more vulnerable, and I've enjoyed the juxtaposition -- in this world you'd expect a human (even a serial killer) to be more vulnerable than something supernatural. And I LOVE how concerned Hannibal is that he might smell!!
