Most birds don't have penises, but some water fowl do. Swans have phalluses to penetrate their partners. Most species of swans are monogamous (for the most part), and they partake in a pretty lengthy mating ritual where they kinda dance with each other for a while. And preen... and stare at each other... and preen some more. And then the male with mount his lady. While they do the do, the male might push the female's head under the water... so it can sometimes look like he's trying to drown her. Yikes. 😱 But it's all good because swans are amazing at holding their breaths and it's usually only for a very short time. Unlike ducks who are very promiscuous bords, however, swans phalluses are so intricate. Some female ducks have the infamous spiral vagina that counters the male duck's spiral phallus. As male ducks sometimes get a little grabby-grab, and a female might not be so receptive. So they'll constrict their vagina to push out the male duck's penis. Bad duckie... Swans don't have that problem apparently, so... they don't need the spiral dingaschlongs and coochies. They're fine as they are! Just... dancing... and preening... and... tryna drown their ladies. Sometimes I wish I didn't watch every animal documentary I come across... I've seen too much. But this was so beautiful! 😭😭 I love the feathered look. IT HAS A TONGUE PIERCING! Yes. So yes.
