This is my first time suggesting a prompt/request so please bare with me. As of late I’ve fallen deeply for the Broadway version of Beetlejuice 🪲🧃. While I’m unsure if theatre is your cup of tea, I really suggest everyone at least hear the soundtrack; it’s killer and any fan of dark comedy or the original film will definitely enjoy it. The Broadway Beetlejuice character as portrayed by Alex Brightman is very different from his film counterpart. His physical appearance is much closer to Guillermo’s from WWDITS, and the actor isn’t afraid to look gross or be disgusting. He’s still a dirty, creepy, dead guy, but there’s a sense of desperation and almost naivety to him. He’s more desperate to be summoned though not as not as inherently evil. He just doesn’t want to be alone anymore. If you wanna watch it I’ll share a link just lmk ^^ it’s much more fleshed out and fast paced than the original film (in my opinion) with more Beetlejuice as he and Lydia are the main characters. His relationship with the Maitlands (the pair of ghosts that haunt the home he’s stuck in) is very flirtatious and perverted. Primarily to the husband, Adam, who he constantly pinches, gropes, and harasses, while his wife Barbara sort of just watches confused and shocked. It really reminds me of the drawings you make with people either watching or just in the background. It can definitely see you portraying a scene of BJ and Adam in the shadows or in a dirty attic, with Beetlejuice using his demonic powers to harass Adam just as Barbara walks in on them. He has multiple limbs, and the fandom portrays him with a long stripped tongue and other stripped bits. TL:DR I think Broadway Beetlejuice would be great, dirty and gross and depraved in your style 👍
