What IF he was actually friends with David, and brought Steve home with him to Santa Carla to meet the boys? 😈 Could be Billy has some secrets about his past that even El didn't see~ (also totally cool with Eddie coming along for that vacation, cause he'd get along just fine with David and his boys~)

I like the idea that the Boys are not really fans of Steve because he's kinda nerdy and not enough of a bad boy, but then after turning he goes FERAL when all his demogorgon-fighting instincts kick in :)
