Oh, I'm sorry if that made you so misunderstood. The reason of the set product is cheaper is because it saves me a lot of time and cost than individual order. In the past before the virus, additional order(secret shop) were sent without additional shipping charges, but now international shipping costs have risen significantly and everything become complex due to changed postal law, that's the reason I can't offer free shipping😭

So if I'm reading correctly it sounds like we can get free shipping along with our Patreon rewards, but only if we buy a set and not individual items. Why is that?

I'm sorry about that! Before this strange virus outbreak, Australia was one of the fastest-arriving countries, and I miss those days so much T_T I just hope the international shipping problem gets a little bit better later this year.

I have researched as much as possible about the VAT changed last year, but unfortunately, it is a case that cannot be shipped because my position as a seller is ambiguous. An IOSS number is required for EU, and the reason that patreon rewards can be delivered is because patreon pays VAT and provides IOSS. On the other hand, the secret shop cannot use IOSS because it is not a payment through patreon. It would be appreciated if you could understand that IOSS issuance is very costly and it is almost difficult for individuals.

Aw, I’m in the EU so I can’t order any charms :/ Hope you can figure out the VAT stuff so next time you open the secret shop ordering will be possible again.
