saw this movie very young and always enjoyed it for nostalgic reasons. i find it pretty funny. til this day my wife and i still crack up over yelling "YOU CAN'T SIT WITH US!" for no reason at all.

Oof, yeah. I wouldn't have thought this would be "your thing" ... maybe The Prestige or The Kings Speech, for some good filmmaking/writing/ historical perspective? Don't get me wrong, I love this movie, but it's an acquired taste. 😎

Wasn't surprised you didn't like this movie tbh. I really want you to watch an Indian movie at some point because I wanna see your perspective on how they do cinema. It's so different. I think RRR has been on your list for well over a year but I would love to see it pushed further up.

It's a fun and impactful movie in it's own way, but as someone from the Clueless generation, it just doesn't measure up the same way. It's like comparing Midsummer to the Wicker Man...

If a movie is well written, it doesn't matter what the aesthetic and the setting is to me. I'm a 31 year old man and find this movie hilarious. Also I was never a teenage girl, but I did go to high school, and getting boxed into a certain social sub group is very real and relatable. i was always at the nerd table

I've litterly avoided this movie for years. Who recommended this? 🤣I sat there through the whole thing and actually watched it for the first time via your reaction. That's how you know you are the Goat because I can't imagine me ever watching this type of movie on my own lol.

I saw the title of this movie and assumed it was gunna be a raunchy prison drama. Imagine my disappointment when it turns out to be a high school teen movie ☹

Amazing movie? No, but very entertaining and has a nostalgic factor to it. It moreso resonates with younger millenials, myself, and older gen Z. Lacey Chabert was always the cutest to me but I was crushing on Lindsey as a kid lol.
