Gotta admit, it's pretty wild that someone so versed in filmmaking and cinematography such as yourself doesn't recognize Al Pacino. I know you don't watch many movies (at least on this channel) that were made pre-21st century, so part me understands, but it still kinda blows my mind. I can also understand (but don't agree) when you say the Godfather is "too slow", I had to kind of give you the side-eye when you made that comment about how you could reduce the wedding sequence to "5-7 minutes". Sure, you COULD do that, but the idea is to immerse yourself in this world with these people, not to simply go from plot point to plot point. Still enjoy your reactions, and your often "interesting" interpretations of things.

I loved this movie everything about was just great...This rates right up there with another favorite movie you got to checkout The Untouchables...it is funny about that Sopranos reference its crazy but F.B.I. agents had told the producers of Sopranos that they heard real mafia members talking about the show via wiretaps, and they were convinced the series had a "guy on the inside." It was so authentic that even real-world gangsters questioned just how they managed to pull it off.

Fuck YEAH!!! Been soo waitin for this! And I just finished re-reading the book last week! ( I do suggest a read for those that enjoy both the film and reading for pleasure. Fantastic stuff! And Luca's backstory is... brutal.) I know the comments will change with the full upload , and I will comment again , but had to say THANK YOU! Ok , Checklist time - Cones packed - Check - Beer freezer cold - Check - Moonrock packed - Check - Smokes and Zippo - Check. I love the opening scene with the Undertaker. I chose it in Drama class to do as a 'scene read' and can still do it today. : ] Time for a Wedding!!!
