Something else a little older (2008) and different would that I'm pretty sure you'd enjoy is Ip Man, it'd be different from anything else seen in this channel so far, but it would be something you'd enjoy thoroughly according to your likes, dislikes and general preferences of things you'd like to see less of

Awesome show, I was going to suggest this. Only one season and was a really fun and informative watch. I'd watch 1, 2 and The Offer.

the book was so much better. They straight up removed the best scene in the entire book. None of his movie adaptations are even close to as good as the books and I am not a book snob. I don't know why they remove change so many key moments. The removed 1/3 of The Firm.

I know Saul is coming to an end so with the recent viewing of The Godfather and GFII, you might want to consider a short series replacement called The Offer. It deals with all of the shenanigans that went on to produce the first movie.
