Had to perform a ton of tricks for this one. First was shrinking Hope's breasts so that the tube top looked thinner as well as creating a good center point. Then I used 4 sphere shape models and moved and modified them to look like her breasts were bulging out the top and bottom. Did a few photoshop touch-ups to create a better look to the effect. In the snapped top pic, I just made a second Hope with the top on, set the body to invisible, and erased a section out of the tube top's main texture before replacing it. After that it was moving and adjusting around the various parts of the invisible Hope model until I was able to get it in the position I wanted for the effect. It was a lot trickier to accomplish, but basically every idea I had on how to accomplish the look worked out mostly as I intended, so that's good.
