Hm! Well, the way I write my characters is just to think of the situation they're in, apply their personality, and imagine what'd they do / say! Really, you just have to let it flow and have fun with it. π

Remind me to ask Alyson, Zoe and yourself, my muse Emory for help in writing my characters better. I mean Vienna Della Neri looks like a Xuniverse teen mean-girl handler paired with Stephen King's Christine; I use "automotive stuff" to help with my periods of writer's block.

An excellent question, Tim! My view is that Anthony - as "Antonia" - is feeling truly seen and desired for the first time in their life. That is a powerful (and addictive) aphrodisiac. π

The quality of writing here is of a level rarely seen in this genre and it's like a breath of fresh air. Loving it (and the illustrations are a perfect complement too!).

What a fun, eventful and revealing first day at the office. I can't help but wonder how much of Antonia is the result of intense preparation and resolute determination and how much is completely natural, with Antonia making the most of her opportunity to introduce herself to Michael, Anthony and the world.
