lol, I was just taking with my roommate about how as a kid you had to plan for snow on Halloween. Now, we have record breaking warm weather for this time of year… it got up to 60F today!

I'm a Yankee, from north of the notches of the highlands of the north east kingdom; I grew up expecting freeze for Halloween & snow for Thanksgiving... imagine my confusion & discomfort deep in the heart of Texas where it was 78 the other day, & 73 today. 🙀😹 So WRONG to someone from halfway to the North Pole!

To be fair if they were living in Australia then they would have cause for concern cause not only is it spring, only a few select places in Aus iirc can actually have snow.
