I just looked it up and there are four countries who celebrate Father’s Day in September, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea & Figi. It’s a South Pacific thing, apparently a long time ago when they heard news of other countries celebrating Fathers Day, they wanted to do it too, but didn’t want to have to wait for another year to go by. So they just made the date in September which was like two months away and it stuck all this time lol

Fathers day is under appreciated indeed. Well I learned something new, didn't know fathers day was celebrated this late in New Zealand as it is in June here in the United States. Now I wonder when Fathers Day is celebrated in UK, Sout Africa and Australia
