Chapter 657 : The Key to World Peace???

Fujin didn't pay any attention to his expression and instead said with a thoughtful expression, “Once I have more free time, I'm planning to hire a few architects and builders to increase the area of the walls on my house. That could allow me to double or triple the number of seals on my house. But I still don't know how I should increase them any further to reach the number of seals I initially intended on…”
To say Jiraiya was shocked was an understatement. The normally unstoppable, decisive and shameless Jiraiya the Gallant was left speechless. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. From his experience, he could easily tell that Fujin's house had over a hundred thousand seals even though he couldn't sense most of them. In addition, the compound had a similar amount of seals.
Yet, Fujin claimed that it was 6.9% of the seals he wanted to inscribe on his house! He couldn't help but wonder, ‘Is this kid for real? Does he want over a million seals on that little house? What does he even want so many seals for? Is he planning to hold an army off while hiding inside his house?’
Unable to control himself, Jiraiya voiced his thoughts, “What do you need so many seals on your house for?”
Fujin tilted his head and answered, “What else? It is to ensure that my house stays safe. Why else would you inscribe seals on your house?”
His response left Jiraiya speechless once again. Controlling himself, Jiraiya said as calmly as he could, “You can keep your house safe with just a hundred seals. Why are you using a million seals? Even Konoha's wall doesn't have that many seals.”
Fujin looked scornfully at Jiraiya and said, “What protection does a mere hundred seals provide? I have killed hundreds of fools who felt that a hundred seals would keep them protected in their house.
As for the wall, if it had that many seals, then perhaps it would have been useful and would have stopped someone like Orochimaru from entering and exiting the village at will. In fact, other villages would think twice before making any move against us as well if the wall had a few million seals instead of a couple of thousand.”
Once again, Jiraiya was left tongue-tied by Fujin's response. Even though Fujin's words were completely unreasonable, Jiraiya couldn't argue against them as they held some truth. After all, the wall around Konoha was completely useless against the likes of Orochimaru.
Fujin chuckled internally at Jiraiya's reaction and said, “Anyway, it is rather late in the night. I'll see you later. You should meet with Grandpa if you haven't yet. He was very troubled about this situation.”
Jiraiya just nodded as Fujin's figure disappeared. He looked at the spot where Fujin was standing and thought, ‘If Fujin becomes the next Hokage, then perhaps Konoha's wall will have tens of millions of seals. NOOO!!!’
Jiraiya's eyes widened as he imagined something far more terrifying. He thought, ‘No, I'm wrong! If this kid becomes the Hokage, he might seal up the entire border of the Land of Fire! Billions of seals protecting the Land of Fire from every direction…’
Jiraiya could imagine the entire border of the Land of Fire lighting up with seals and got creeped out. He couldn't help but wonder, ‘Could this be a way for world peace? His actions would alarm other villages and they would try to do something similar.
Once every country is sealed up, defending would become very easy while attacking would be a nightmare. Though war will still exist in one form or another, the Great Ninja Wars might become a thing of the past. No one will dare to launch an attack lightly…’
Jiraiya was surprised at his imagination. He thought, ‘I didn't think that my first meeting with Fujin would provide me with such insights. As amusing as such a path to peace would be, it unfortunately is unrealistic. Inscribing billions of seals isn't an easy task.
The seals can't be inscribed randomly. They need to interact optimally with each other. Just creating such a complex seal formation design on paper might take over a decade. Inscribing the seals physically will take even longer. And that is with the Shadow Clone jutsu. Without them, it might take centuries.
Not to mention, once other villages get a whiff of this plan, they'll get into action and try to stop such a seal formation from being completed. They could send someone to assassinate the Fuinjutsu Grandmasters. Alternatively, they could just deploy an army to destroy the entire area.
So, the very act of creating a seal formation might trigger the next Great Ninja War.’ Jiraiya sighed, understanding what the consequences would be. He muttered, “I guess there is no easy way after all.”
He chuckled helplessly and muttered, “Oh well, I just hope that he doesn't apply seals to any hot springs. That would be a real tra…”
“Apply seals on the hot springs? Hmm, that's an interesting idea. As expected of one of the Great Sannins.” Jiraiya immediately jumped in fright as he heard Fujin's voice behind him. He looked at him and shouted defensively, “What interesting idea? That's the dumbest idea! Don't you dare ruin the holy hot springs! Also, why are you still here?”
Fujin answered, “I just remembered something that slipped my mind. However, I have to admit that I didn't expect to hear such a noble idea. Why do you say it is a dumb idea?”
Fujin asked in the most innocent tone. Jiraiya's expression became more and more annoyed. He cursed, “You brat! What do you want?”
Fujin chuckled and said, “Oh well, help me out with this one thing and I'll forget what you said.”
Jiraiya raised an eyebrow and thought, ‘He really wanted something?’
He asked, “What is it?”
Fujin replied, “Oh, not much. I wanted to know how to use the Fourth Hokage's Rasengan.”
Jiraiya was surprised by the request. He thought, ‘Well, that's a surprise. I didn't think he had an eye on Minato's Rasengan or that he'd blackmail me to get it. Normally, I wouldn't have minded it, but this doesn't feel right. How could he threaten me with hot springs? Where will I conduct my research?’
Jiraiya replied, “Unfortunately, that is a top secret in Konoha. It can't be given out so easily. Not to mention, learning that jutsu isn't easy either.”
Fujin replied, “I know. However, I read that the Fourth Hokage created it by imitating a Tailed Beast Bomb.”
Fujin extended his right hand forward. Jiraiya's eyes widened as an unstable Rasengan formed in Fujin's hand! Fujin said, “I was lucky or unlucky enough to witness one in action as well. After analyzing it for quite some time, I managed to recreate the Rasengan to an extent. Unfortunately, it is too unstable and I feel like I'm missing a step or two.”
Jiraiya thought in disbelief, ‘Incredible, he almost managed to replicate Minato's Rasengan from its description and after seeing a Tailed Beast Bomb?’
Fujin dispersed the unstable Rasengan and asked, “Well, will you tell me now?”
Jiraiya replied, “I didn't expect that you would have already created it. It's almost like the real deal. You only need to learn how to stabilize it better.”
Jiraiya demonstrated his Rasengan as well before telling Fujin about the three steps of learning it. Fujin thanked him and said, “By the way, I can't help but feel like the Rasengan is an incomplete jutsu. It only uses Shape Transformation. I have a feeling that it would become much stronger if Nature Manipulation is added to it.”
This time, Jiraiya wasn't too surprised. Anyone who knew Rasengan had a similar thought. He nodded and said, “That is true. Minato intended to add Nature Manipulation to Rasengan and elevate it to a rank S jutsu. Unfortunately, that step is too difficult to achieve. No one has managed it.”
Fujin replied, “Ah, that makes sense. Yeah, considering how difficult the Rasengan is, adding nature manipulation to it will make it far more complicated. Thanks for letting me know.”
Fujin and Jiraiya separated once again. Jiraiya thought, ‘Such a strange day… Definitely not how I anticipated my meeting with him would go.’

Regardless, he definitely gave me a good idea. In the future, if I'm unable to learn Senjutsu from the Winged Sabertooths, I could blackmail Jiraiya into asking the toads to teach me.
Anyway, Orochimaru has already shown up while Akatsuki would soon follow. I might need a jutsu that is beyond rank S in terms of destructiveness. Depending on the circumstances, I might need to use the Rasenshuriken. With this little discussion, it won't be suspicious. To be honest, it doesn't matter if anyone suspects me or not considering my current strength. However, there is no harm in being a bit more careful.’
While Konoha went to sleep, a few individuals stayed awake. For the second night in a row, the Hokage's office was a busy place. Shikaku stood in front of Hiruzen and said, "All the preparations are complete. We're ready to act."

Hope fujin can use his knowledge a little more and hopefully can save hiruzen and spare orochimaru.. he should be treating orochimaru as a black market type person for info and other things

To be more accurate, Fujin controls the winds created with his chakra. Just expelling chakra and trying to manipulate it outside his body would be rather difficult (though I suppose it might eventually be possible once his chakra and control improves by a few levels)

With his domain, couldn't he also create it without touching it ? he's already spreading chakra outside his body for his many other techniques, he then just shapes, and now he has rasengan floating around him like Gilgamesh, and then he just yeets like tom Brady at anyone he wants 😂

has hiruzen ever thought about putting fujin on the barrier team? if fujin wanted to, he could probably create a brand new barrier seal that surpasses every other seal and protects the best.. + hes a sensor and gives him rep with the yamanakas, and he knows pain gets in with no trouble whatsoever. although, he has no reason to do any of this lol

So basically now Fujin can rescue Hiruzen by using the Rasenshuriken on the barrier 🤔 I wonder if one could just target the roof instead, and break up the formation required for the barrier.. All without being suspicious

Eso fue inesperadamente fácil. Bueno ahora el rasenshurinken, no será la mayor sorpresa considerando lo tan talentoso con el viento que ha demostrado ser. Solo tendrá que entrenar y mostrar que puede la misma cantidad del tiempo que lo hizo en el monte de los dientes de sables. Aunque ahora paso de ser la técnica original de Naruto a la técnica Fujin. XD. Me pregunto si al menos le mostrará el futon Rasengan antes del salto de tiempo, a Naruto.

In the future, if I'm unable to learn Senjutsu from the Flying Sabertooths, I could blackmail Jiraiya into asking the toads to teach me.” Wasn’t it Winged Sabertooths? Also, for some reason, I feel like the Winged Sabertooth Senjutsu will be stronger, than the toads’. It will also be more compatible with Fujin (and Naruto) seeing as they are wind affinity creatures. A big reason why they won’t teach it to him yet is probably because it’s a lot more ferocious and lethal than the toads’ version. Probably even more so than the snake’s version. Not that we know the method of learning their version. Also, will you eventually reveal whose Senjutsu Hashirama learned? There isn’t an answer to it in the official canon, so you could use that for something later in the story.

Thanks 👍 Not that blackmail didn't work. Would have worked if Fujin pushed for it. He just didn't as it was better to save it later. Besides, even if he doesn't work, Fujin could just send clones to seal up every hot spring in the ninja world. Eventually Jiraiya should buckle 🤣🤣
