In this educational file I share my thoughts on how you can teach your unconscious mind to do the things it need to do and know the things it needs to know, so that your conscious mind can react quickly and without thought when it needs to react. A good file for me. It has been such an issue for me, everytime I do physical task, it is always so clumsy I the result is ridiculous. Even writing and rewriting this comment has brought back so many awful memories. Maybe this will help? Right now I have to forget the subject and try to rebuild my mood.
