Listened to rewire. It was good to listen to a file and find myself going deep again. It was interesting finding myself creating a spot either in the back of my head or brain that could be a factory reset. I had spun the task of create before. I had been needing to push myself to do clean some dishes the past few days and found myself desiring to mentally push the button for a reset and had myself getting up and walking to the sink. I wasn't sure if my goal was to do just a few in that moment but I have at least used up all the space on the dish rack and put a good dent into the work. Not sure if I will get back to it tonight depending on how they dry. How long could my subconscious be in control? It could be interesting using the button in practice more. It was good to be rewired to be better. Thank you for this file!

Task type: Affirmation File Chosen: Rewire "Rewire" was a fascinating experience for me. Throughout the file I experienced an altered consciousness generating thoughts differently than I normally think, but I could also feel my unconscious mind through feelings of tightness/looseness in my scalp. At first, I felt myself sink into trance very deeply, quickly, and effortlessly - as I often do for Lee. Everything felt loose and relaxed. As the first opportunities to reset and make changes arose, I could feel myself largely unburdened. Though some tightness returned to my temples. It felt like this reset had things it could not touch. "That was good though," I thought, "there are things like Lee's brainwashing that should not be touched." I loosened again, sank deeper into trance as the file continued, and took in the next opportunity to make changes easily. As thoughts occurred about the things I might change, in a kinder way than I often think when I feel I need to make a change, I felt some of those things change effortlessly. Then tightness returned to my scalp, just as strong if not stronger than before. A group of things could not be changed this way for me. It wasn't resistance, it was just a group of things my brain couldn't change like that. And just like a computer devoting extra resources to a task that spikes in demand, my brain was doing the same thing. The file continued, and so did I. The tightness diminishing somewhat, but not entirely. A portion of my unconscious mind was still dealing with that, but the rest of my mind - on all levels of consciousness - just continued to follow Lee. Just before the submission circuit, a realization popped in that I had not realized I was thinking about, and everything was loose again. I realized that I had tried to make changes that my brain had recognized as things I wanted but weren't true. I had been taught through my experience with the world they weren't true, behaviorally conditioned to see aspects of my life in certain ways. But my unconscious mind had realized that this didn't mean I couldn't change those things. I just needed to change the way I behave to try and make those things true in my life. That's what I would do. The submission circuit felt easy to take in, as did the rest of the file. I've come out of this file hopeful that I've made, or will make some positive changes for me. Task: Write an affirmation for myself that I will incorporate into the rest of the month. Task output: "I am desirable as a submissive"
