Listen: Holding on and Letting Go 90DC. 20 days in. Time flies. The file recorded long ago still is effective too and will continue when I listen again. My brain felt nicely washed after. Pulled different places. Just listening and letting the file do its work. There was a suggestion that caught my attention that connected to me that would be useful to improve. Thank you.

Task type: Affirmation File Chosen: Holding On and Letting Go This file all kind of melted together for me, allowing me to let go of any stress or tension. As I listened to Lee, and even after, I felt awe at the smallest things. Every moment of awe, just made it easier to feel "yes I can do what Lee says easily and effortlessly." Task: Choose or create an affirmation for yourself relevant to the theme of programming. Incorporate it throughout the month. Task Output: I can experience awe in the simple things. Awe integrates me and makes me malleable.
