What do you wish for: Poyae
🕑 Added 2024-04-19 02:15:34 +0000 UTCHolding the ticket in their hands, Poyae closes their eyes, and begins to think about appearing before the genie. The number 118 appears on the ticket, and Poyae is instantly teleported in front of a genie.
“Poyae you just entered an amazing world of magic, the realm of orbs. These orbs contain every possible wish a person could make, and today I’ll find the one of your dreams, so come on over and speak your wish!”
With that, the genie waits for you to speak your wish. "I wish I was Nezuko from Demon Slayer.” “Nezuko huh? Well, turning you into her shouldn't be that hard. I know I have an orb around her that’ll do that.”
The genie looks right, then left, then turns around and walks off. “My anime character's orbs should be over here.” The genie picks up an orb. “No, that's a female Goku… That one is Yamato… Ah, there’s Nezuko.”
The genie grabs it and returns to Poyae. “Alright, once I push this orb into you, it’ll feel like it's exploding, but after that, you’ll quickly transform until you look just like Nezuko.” Poyae nodded and watched as the genie placed the orb on their head.
It slowly melted and vanished. Then like the genie said, Poyae felt as though their inside started to explode, but second after that, they felt themself shrinking down. They were now about five foot two.
“Short girls are always so cute!” The genie said niggling to herself. After that Poyae’s hair began to grow out. It started with getting super long and becoming wavy. Then the color changed to black, with everything under Poyae’s elbows turning flame orange.
“Oh my, that's some very pretty hair!” The genie said as she flew over to play with it. After their hair was done changing, their faces started. Poyae’s eyebrows got thinner while their eyes got larger and eyelashes got thicker.
Their eyes then changed color and their nose got smaller and pointier. “There’s that cute Nezuko face everyone loves!” With their face done, all that was left were a few more physical changes. Poyae got slimmer in their arms and legs and in the waist.
Then their voices got softer while their chest and crotch changed. “Well, as far as I can tell you’re Nezuko now… Oh wait there's one more thing you need, the outfit.” The genie lifted her hand and snapped her finger.
Suddenly Poyae’s old clothes vanished and she was now wearing the same kimono Nezuko wore in the anime, along with several other things to go with it. “Now you're perfect, how do you feel?” Poyae looked at herself and messed with her clothes.
She told the genie it was perfect and she solved it. “That’s good. Now I suppose I should send you off.” Poyae nodded and was super excited to show off her new appearance to all her friends. The genie lifted her hand again and snapped her finger.
Nezuko found herself walking through the snow with her younger brother Rokuta on her back. That's when Tanjirou appeared in front of her. She couldn't help herself from smiling and calling him big brother.
“Hey, Nezuko.” Tanjirou said with a smile. Nezuko then chatted with him a bit about putting their little brother down for a nap because he’d make a scene when Tanjirou left, and him missing their dad. Tanjirou then patted Rokuta’s head.
Nezuko then said goodbye to Tanjirou and walked back to their house as he began his walk down the mountain. Nezuko then stopped in her tracks. It just hit here this was how Demon Slayer started. Nezuko gulped.
This night in the anime didn't end well for their family, as Nezuko was the only one who would survive, and she’d be turned into a demon. Nezuko turned around to call out to Tanjirou, but he was gone, and not even his shadow could be seen through the thick snow.
Nezuko turned back towards the house and ran in. She tried to convince her mother and siblings to leave, but their mother didn’t understand her concern, and in the end, that night played out just like it was supposed to. Now Poyae has a long adventure ahead of her as Nezuko, but at least she has her loving brother Tanjirou.

*thoughts of the goddess Aqua* It was difficult...it is impossible to describe in human language what the true supreme gods are; there are simply no analogues or terms for this. we are fate and reality and uncertainty and being and emptiness and eternity... I was in that state by human standards for only half a year, but for me... it wasn’t even eternity, it was always... damn it’s really impossible to describe... and for my in essence of the human mind it was so difficult that I blocked most of what was there, leaving only a small part in order to understand what exactly was blocked there and never try to restore it... but the result is simply amazing, I was able to prepare an almost ideal situation... all that remains is wait for the right moment and play your role, but for now... I should return to Kazuma after all, the life of Aqua, a useless goddess, is much better and more pleasant than the life of Aqua, the goddess of water... by the way, while I’m here... it’s worth looking at who else received a wish from the genie... in my opinion it was the least cutie Nezuko-Chan
