After beating every side quest, all the other questlines, and finally the main questline, Joelle had done everything there was to do in the modded Skyrim world she had been in, and with it, her life as a master of magic and orgasms was over.
Joelle found herself in the blue void again and didn’t even bother to relax, as she knew it was only a matter of time before the next game started. So she simply waited for it to begin. Which he did minutes later.
Joelle looked around and was surprised she was in a normal bedroom. She was sitting on a bed, and to her surprise, she was fully clothed. They were simple clothes: a sweater, a skirt, sneakers, and all the necessary underwear.
Joelle couldn’t move on her own, so that meant this wasn’t the life simulator game, which made sense as the room looked a little bit more detailed than that one. Joelle was really confused as she didn’t recognize this game at all.
She figured that meant Joel had downloaded a new game, and while she was right that it was a new game, it wasn't one Joel downloaded but instead one he was making himself. After some time passes, Joelle notices the computer in the room turns on.
Then suddenly there was a camera set up in front of her. It also turned on, and a live stream started. Joelle was still confused. Was this some sort of streamer simulator? More things began to appear, this time panels that floated on the sides of her and faced the camera.
Because Joelle was on the back side of the panels, they were harder to read since everything was flipped, but she was able to figure out what they said. Each panel was a different upgrade that the player could click and buy.
The first thing to buy was a bigger bust size. So each time Joel clicked it, Joelle’s breasts would get bigger. Which explained why she started with such small ones in this game. The second upgrade was butt size, then hip size, and finally an upgrade for her thighs.
After that, there were a couple of one-time upgrades. They first removed her shirt, then her skirt, followed by her shoes and socks, bra, and finally panties. The very last upgrade, which was only the case because Joel hadn't made more yet, was the addition of a dildo.
All of these upgrades got the player more viewers, which meant they made more money. Joelle was curious about this game, as she’d never played one like it. So she waited for more to happen, even though she knew that would only mean she’d soon be getting quite thick.
Well, sure enough, the game started, and a computer icon appeared, and shortly after appearing, it turned into a tiny little hand. It then came over to Joelle and grabbed her nipples. Joelle turned red and moaned, which gave the player a dollar instantly.

Joelle found herself suddenly flipped around with her butt right in the camera, and she was looking over her shoulder and smiling. She began to shake her butt while Joel used the cursor to click on her butt; he was now earning seven bucks per click.
After a minute of shaking her butt, Joelle returned to her original position of sitting on her knees with her arms to the side. Joelle went on to buy two more bust upgrades and one more butt upgrade, which meant he was making fourteen dollars per click now.

With that much per click, it was only a matter of time until Joel could get the one-time purchases.
Joelle continued to shake her body around as it grew larger and larger, and while Joel used the mouse to play around with her and collect tons of money by hitting the button as fast as he could, eventually Joel managed to buy all the upgrades.
All of Joelle’s clothes were removed, and she was on the bed with the dildo. Joelle was in pleasure heaven; she was drooling all over herself as she was moaning. He then wanted to add a few more things that would visually change her, like those, so an option for longer hair, a thinner waist, and pointier nipples was added. Then there was a new feature he wanted to add, which would also get an upgrade bonus.
That feature was going to be arousal time, and for one whole minute Joelle will enter a state of super arousal, and during that time each click is the equivalent of twenty. So Joelle will feel twenty times the pleasure while the players get twenty times the pleasure.
The upgrade for this feature will increase how powerful it is. So purchasing an upgrade once makes it twenty-one times more powerful, and it goes up by one for each level purchased; this one will also be set to a max of one hundred.
Though Joel hopes to be able to make them all have infinite upgrades before release. After that, he wants to upgrade to the next phase of stuff. So after buying the dildo, there will be several upgrades for that.
One will make Joelle use it quicker, and another will make it bigger. The one that makes Joelle use it quicker will give the player passive income, so they’ll make a thousand dollars every second at level one even when they’re not clicking, and it goes up a thousand each level.
Making the dildo larger will not only build arousal time quicker, but it’ll also add another five hundred in passive income for the player. As Joel went about designing and programming it, he had a wonderful idea. It didn’t have to be the only toy in this section.
So he ended up adding a butt plug that inflates larger with each level, a ball gag that gets larger with each level, and nipple clamps that get tighter with each level. All of these did slightly different things to increase the money the player made while making Joelle’s situation much more pleasurable.

Thats how you wrote it? Your message says fourth part custom game and that it ends with the phone assistant. Every part you mentioned first, second, third, fourth but not a fifth, so I read the last one as one part, even back when we were talking about it, I said that we only needed 3 more parts because I didn't know they were supposed to be separate. Im sorry about the misunderstanding 😞
