I noticed that Yoh Yoshinari- sensei worked on Pani Poni Dash's 3rd opening sequence. How often does he work on opening animations and how different is it working on those versus an episode of animation?

A lot of the themes in works where Yoshinari has creative roles contain messages of not living in the past. Yet us fans still keep the love of previous shows alive (TTGL, KLK, etc). Does it ever frustrate Yoshinari to see this message completely go over our heads all the time?

Yoh, what are your thoughts on 3D Animation in the anime industry? Houseki no Kuni had nice shaders/materials (i.e. translucent hair, bounce light, liquids), and they utilized their camera in the 3D space in interesting ways. It's promising to see a studio work with 3D this way, but I know 3D can divide a lot of fans due to its' reputation of rigid motion and poor shader quality.

For Yoh Yoshinari: Do you ever have a problem with inconsistencies in your art? For example, when you focus only on one aspect of a project for a while, does your other skills deteriorate? If so, how do you combat that? Do you have to practice everything, everyday?

As an aspiring animator, I think after seeing all of your studios’ work, my biggest question would be: “From a directing stand point (Yoh Yoshinari), how do you manage the different departments and staff; As the director, do you draw as much as the rest of the crew? Or have to deal more with the day to day corporate business?” -can’t wait for the stream! Sorry if it’s too long of a question. And thank for drawing Best Girl Akko :D

How do you pay your animators? Do you pay by commission or set wages? Do you outsource a lot or is most done in-house? I see that Kyoto Animation uses set wages for their animators and work mostly in-house you can see that that allows them to put quality over quantity in their works, that's why I'm asking =)
